There are several causes of Blackberry or BB to be slow and often hangs. One contributing factor is that too many junk files (cache) that is stored in the memory of our blackberry. File waste occurred because some of the following:
1. Messenger or Conversation is not closed (BBM, Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk, etc.)
2. Memory and memory event log that is rarely deleted browser history.
3. Heavy applications or applications that are opened simultaneously.
To clean up junk files there are some fairly effective way to overcome that Blackberry is slow and often hangs.
1. Cleaning the cache,
a. Go to the browser
b. Press logo
c. Select Options
d. Select Cache Operationse.
d. Press all the buttons are clear.
2. Homescreen Cleaning Event Log,
phases:
a. Press and hold down the ALT key
b. Press the L-G-L-G (in sequence)
c.Tekan Logo
d. Select clear log
e. Delete.
3. Memory Cleaner Options
phases:
a. Security Options
b. Memory Cleaning
c. Status changed to enabled disabled
d. Note the 4 lines below the menu cleaning memory, it says "show icon on home screen 'press and change the' NO 'to' YES '
e. Press the return (play arrow) and then save changes
f. Back to 'homescreen' and looking for new memory cleaner icon (the icon-like image printer) and then click.
4. Soft Reset
phases:
a. Simultaneously press the Alt key
b. Caps or aA button (right side near the sym button)
c. del button. This will cause the BB restart or reboot.
5. Ordinary Hard Reset is also known by the term pull bateray. (Can it continue dilkaukan or periodically every 2 or 3 times a week. This measure is intended to ensure that no more energy / power is left. Let stand for at least 3 minutes then put it back bateray.
