Google held a debate Online, involve World Leaders


A brilliant combination between Oxford and Silicon Valley

For the sake of improving the quality of discussion-style public spaces in cyberspace,Google launched a series of live online debate which even involves a number of leadingthinkers in the world.

The first debate will be chaired by the host BBC News, Emily Maitlis, and if you want to see the debate that it must have a Google account in order to access features +Hangout, where the debate was aired on 13 March.

Program called Versus will be produced by Intelligence Squared, a British debate forumin operation since 2002. Intelligence Squared previously had held followed by a number of big names such as Jimmy Carter, Richard Dawkins, Gore Vidal, Christopher Hitchens,Stephen Fry, and Werner Herzog

Recent debate series was touted as a brilliant combination of Oxford and Silicon Valley.

Some world leaders will also appear in this online debate series. Some of these includeRichard Branson, Russell Brand, Julian Assange, the former Mexican president VincenteFox, and former New York governor, Eliot Spitzer.

The debate will last for a half hour and the selected topic of "ending the war on drugs".Number of figures involved in the debate will be present at an arena in London, England,while others appear to live through the features of Google's Hangout +.
